What is it?

It is the AAH solution for managing and maximising OTC sales & profit in a competitive market place. The Category Management service helps pharmacy drive compliance and manages stock to improve cash flow. It is aimed at making sure that all opportunities for creating the right customer impression are taken and educating Pharmacy staff to better understand and exploit selling opportunities.

What does it do?

Unique to independent pharmacy the service is designed to help you respond to the changes and competitive nature of today's market place. Its aim is to help you meet customer needs and maximise profit to your business.

It is a collaborative partnership with the Pharmacy which takes into consideration regional product preferences and requirements to make sure that the finished look & product mix is the right one to give maximum impact within your pharmacy.

The service uses unbiased market information based on a combination of IMS UK pharmacy data, AAH knowledge and experience, historical sales data and sales potential.

Included in the service is the Monthly Management Report which details all monthly AAH transactions including invoices & credits. The MMR Monthly Management Report) comes as a CD ROM and is inland revenue accredited saving you a time.

Monthly Management Report

The MMR (Monthly Management Report) is a CD that holds all your AAH transactions in one place. It stores copies of your remittance advice, statements, invoices & credit notes for one month, to enable easy access at any time. It is split into easy to navigate sections that allows you to find what you are looking for quickly, with a search facility that can provide you with specific supplier, product or invoice information. All searches will be linked to the invoice allowing you to drill down to the lowest level.

What’s more the CD has the facility to export data – allowing you to manipulate the information to suit your individual needs.

AAH may provide your business name and address, details (including dates of supply) of the products and services you take from the Group to a data service provider who will anonymise it on our behalf and provide the anonymised version to manufacturers to enable them to understand preferences, ensure satisfactory stock levels and improve products and services.
