There are 5 vans hidden within the site and if you can find them and describe their location you will receive a gift and be automatically entered into the main prize draw to win a bigger prize!
What do I win?
If you find the vans and describe where they are located you will automatically receive a small gift from AAH Hospital Service. Gifts include: Pens; mouse mat; mug; USB memory stick; lanyard and will be selected at random.
Winners of the main prize will be asked to choose one of the following prizes:
- Coffee machine (which can be used in your department)
- Donation to charity of your choice up to the value of the coffee machine
- M&S vouchers up to the value of the coffee machine
Am I eligible to take part?
You are eligible to enter the competition if you are an existing customer or supplier of AAH Hospital Service; you are over 18 and work in the UK.
How to enter:
Find the AAH vans that are ‘hidden’ within the website and complete the registration form below. Please ensure you put the description of their location in the comments box. If you are a winner you will automatically receive a small gift and be entered into the main prize draw.
Competition Rules:
- Entry is for AAH Hospital Service customers and suppliers who are over the age of 18 and work in the UK
- The winner agrees to take part in any publicity associated with the prize draw
- There is no alternative prize or cash alternative other than those listed
- Entries to be received from the website competition registration process only
- Entrants agree to be bound by these rules
AAH Hospital Service cannot accept liability for any lost or delayed entrants as a result of systems failure
- The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- You should complete the registration form to be eligible and describe the location of the vans in the comments box on the registration form
- You will be automatically entered into the main prize draw
- Winners of the main prize draw will be announced at the end of each quarter in the news section on this website
- You will only be entered once and eligible for the prize during the quarter in which you have entered
- The location of the vans will be changed each quarter
- The first prize draw will take place at the end of June 2006 and at the end of each quarter thereafter until the end of the competition
- AAH Hospital Service may withdraw the competition at any time
